Who we are
This website is operated by RightSphere Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("RightSphere", "we"). This policy explains how we handle personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, company, email, phone number and message you enter. When you browse the site, we collect usage data through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, such as pages viewed, clicks, device and approximate location. Clarity does not record what you type in forms.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to provide the services you ask about, and to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Our email and analytics providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and then deleted. If an enquiry cannot be emailed to us because of a technical fault, it is kept in our hosting provider's server logs for up to 30 days so it is not lost.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@rightsphere.com.my.
Cookies
Analytics tools set cookies to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
