The challenge
Mines 2 is commercial space, offices, an event venue and hotels in one building. Before any design decision, we had to weigh the needs of every tenant and find the middle ground.
The outcome
From the moment the inverters came online, every kilowatt-hour the roof produces cuts the client's electricity bill — and the client has recognised the result.

Glove Manufacturing AI EMS
A purpose-built AI energy management system for rubber glove factories. It combines production data with energy forecasts to plan battery dispatch and reduce electricity cost without affecting production or glove quality. Target launch: January 2027.
